Released in May 2024, Twilight Masquerade is themed around the Festival of Masks — a celebration in Kitakami, the region introduced in the Teal Mask DLC for Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. Bloodmoon Ursaluna is the secondary mascot of Twilight Masquerade — a version of Ursaluna encountered during the full moon in The Teal Mask. Its SIR depicts the Pokemon in a slice-of-life scene that contrasts with its fearsome in-game design. Bloodmoon Ursaluna was also a competitive presence in 2024, which helped sustain collector demand beyond the initial release window.
