Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ReverseHolo website and application, operated by Thornton Works LTD ("we", "us", "ReverseHolo"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please also read our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Acceptance of Terms

By using ReverseHolo, you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

Your Account

• You create an account by providing your email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for securing access to it.

Billing & Subscriptions

ReverseHolo offers both free and paid subscription tiers. The following applies to paid subscriptions:

• Pricing — subscription prices are displayed on the relevant pages at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Auto-renewal — subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.
• Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until then.
• Refunds — we do not offer refunds for subscription periods already commenced, except where required by law. If you have a billing dispute, contact us at [email protected].
• Price changes — we may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
• Payment processing — payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

The Service

ReverseHolo is a Pokemon TCG collection tracking platform. We allow you to browse card sets, track your personal collection, view pricing information, and manage your collection across different modes (Collector, Trader, Investor).

We make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

Intellectual Property

Our intellectual property

The ReverseHolo platform, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by Thornton Works LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Card data

Card information displayed on ReverseHolo is sourced from third-party Pokemon TCG databases. We do not claim ownership of this card data.

Your Content

When you add cards to your collection or enter data into the service, you are providing us with information about your personal card holdings. You retain ownership of this information and can request its export or deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the service. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

What You Must Not Do

When using ReverseHolo, you must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to access or interfere with other users' accounts or data.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the service without our prior written permission.
• Misrepresent yourself or provide false information.
• Attempt to damage, disrupt, or impair the platform or its security.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service.

Third-Party Services

ReverseHolo links to and integrates with third-party services, including retailers and pricing data providers. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of these services. Your interactions with them are governed entirely by their own terms and conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Thornton Works LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £0 if no payments have been made).

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited under UK law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thornton Works LTD and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or any violation of these Terms by you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if it is necessary for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Upon termination, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you have an active paid subscription at the time of termination, any remaining balance for the current billing period will not be refunded unless the termination was due to our error.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country in which you normally reside. Nothing in this clause affects your right to seek relief in your local courts under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For non-material changes, updated Terms will take effect upon being posted on this page.

For material changes — particularly those affecting paid subscriptions — we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes come into force. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

General Provisions

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply in full.

Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or disruptions to internet infrastructure.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thornton Works LTD regarding the service.
