Understanding the Results

?

Net Profit / Loss

Graded market price minus raw card value minus grading fee. A positive number means the card is likely worth grading at the target grade. This assumes the card achieves the target grade.

?

Break-Even Grade

The worst grade that still covers your raw value plus grading fee. For example, if PSA 9 breaks even but PSA 8 doesn't, you need to be confident your card can achieve at least PSA 9.

?

Break-Even Price

The graded card must sell for at least this much to cover your raw value and fee. Compare against the grade you expect to achieve.

?

Confidence Indicator

Based on the number of recent eBay sales used to calculate the graded price. High = 10+ sales, Medium = 5–9 sales, Low = fewer than 5. Thin data means prices may be volatile.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where does the graded price data come from?+
Prices are pulled from recent eBay sold listings for each specific grade and region. We use the median sale price from the last 90 days, filtered to remove outliers, lots, and bulk listings.
Why doesn't the raw price match what I paid?+
Raw prices are auto-populated from Cardmarket and TCGPlayer market data — the latest price on the secondary market. If you paid a different amount (from a pull, trade, or deal), just edit the field to reflect your actual cost basis.
Should I include shipping costs in the calculation?+
This calculator doesn't include shipping, handling, or insurance costs. For a complete picture, add your shipping-to-grader cost to the fee field, and deduct estimated eBay selling fees (~12%) from the graded price. The tool gives you a starting point — the full picture requires your exact numbers.
What if the card has never sold as PSA 10?+
If there are fewer than 3 sales in the last 90 days, we don't show a price for that grade/region. You'll see 'No sales data' — which is itself useful information. Rarer cards may have enough demand that limited data still commands strong prices.
Is this tool affiliated with PSA, BGS, or CGC?+
No. ReverseHolo is an independent card tracking platform with no affiliation to any grading company. Fee data is sourced from public pricing pages and updated periodically — always verify current fees on the grader's website.
